Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. In 2012 her year, she received gold at the team events as well as the floor workouts. In the balance beam, Raisman received the bronze medal. This made her the Olympics gymnast who won the most medals. The gold medal she won at the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold medal for the United States team. This made her, and fellow teammate Gabby - the first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. Additionally, she was awarded silver medals in both the all-around individual as well as floor workouts. She took a three-year break between each Olympics to not compete in gymnastics. In addition, she was a member two gold medal winning world championship teams. At the age of 2, she began to learn gymnastics. Her favourite event is floor workouts. Aly donates to the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. In the future, she is planning to create a profession in fashion. She would also like to extend her leotards line and socks. Fierce is a book that is due out later in the year.
