Julianne Moore

Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood actor and writer that has won critical acclaim for her talent. She's the daughter of a Sagittarius born on the 3rd of December 1960. She was born in North Carolina. She's the eldest of three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith, a psychologist. Her parents are of English as well as Scottish heritage. In the course of her father's employment, the Moore family often relocated and she was unable to form friendships or maintain ones. Moore's family moved from the United States to Germany and she went to Frankfurt American High School, in which her first roles were in plays. Her education continued at Boston University where she graduated in 1983, with a B.F.A. in Theater. Moore is a theater graduate who attended college with honors in New York and started her profession as an off-Broadway actor after moving from New York. In 1985 Moore made her screen debut on The Edge of Night. She played the roles as Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in As the World Changes that was her first major role. In 1988, she was a part-time actress on the series and was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she was the first film actress to make her debut on cinema in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that was later criticized as a terrible low-budget film. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), each Robert Altman productions, were her first films. For the former, she received several awards and critical acclaim. Moore was first cast as a lead on the screen in Safe (1996). In 1997 the actress career took a turn when Steven Spielberg cast her to star in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which became the highest grossing film of 1997. She received a SAG Awards nomination in Magnolia at the end of 1999. The Hours was her co-starring part in 2002. it earned nine Academy Award nominations along with Nicole Kidman. Moore was also in The Forgotten (2003), Freedomland (2005), Shelter (2010) as well as a variety of others. Non-Stop aired in the year 2014. Moore has appeared in numerous films and shows. She has starred in several TV and film shows. She was most recently seen in In When You Finish Save the World 2022. In Hollywood, she has also made herself a writer for kids. In 2007, she published Freckleface Strawberry and quickly became the N.Y.T. bestseller, which led to it being adapted into a series and a musical. Her book of 2013 entitled My Mom is a Foreigner also became a top-selling. As a well-achieved actress and author Moore's personal life and experiences are public. In 1984 she married John Robin and in 1995 they divorced. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore later married in 2003, has two kids with her. Moore's life is all about her friends from the family and work.
